UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS

DESIGN CAMP 2024

Registration for the summer 2024 camps opens in February 2024.

What you need to know:

Design Camp offers the chance to learn about the design professions through hands-on projects, virtual tours, and other activities created by Fay Jones School faculty who teach the disciplines of architecture, landscape architecture, and interior architecture and design. In the school-guided camps, students have the opportunity to work closely with faculty and collaborate with peers in a fun and creative on-campus studio or virtual studio environment as they explore the design process.

In summer 2024, two different weeklong camps will take place on the University of Arkansas campus in Fayetteville; campers also have the option to stay overnight in a campus residence hall. Back this year, a two-week-long residential Advanced Camp will be held on the U of A campus for more experienced designers. There also will be weeklong camps held at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville and at The Innovation Hub at Winrock International in North Little Rock. In addition, a weeklong, school-led Virtual Camp will be offered.

Scholarships:

Need-based full and partial scholarships are available. You will note your interest in scholarships on the registration form.
